Members of the U12 and U13 Boys Academy and U14 Girls Academy teams served as demonstrators at the Minnesota Coaches Academy Clinic at Macalester College on Saturday, March 10th. St. Croix Soccer Club Director of Coaching Nathan Klonecki also presented a session.

Members of the U17 Girls and U17 Boys Academy teams served as demonstrators at the opening session of the 2012 MYSA Winter Symposium at the Minneapolis Convention Center on Saturday, February 4th. St. Croix Assistant Director of Coaching Tony Englund and Goalkeeping Coach Allie Byron led the session.
Phil Johnson, longtime coach of the Stillwater Boys High School program, will be honored at the 2012 Gala For Goals. Coach Johnson has lead the Stillwater boys to multiple MSHSL championships and his contributions at the youth level are equally impressive, as he continues to serve as a clinician for MYSA youth and coaching programs. Gala for Goals is the benefit program founded by Minnesota-born Tony Sanneh, who starred for the United States at the 2002 World Cup. The group makes charitable donations to many organizations and is focused on providing at-risk youth the opportunity to experience the joy of playing soccer and learning leadership skills.
