All referees 18 years or older, or turning 18 during the season are required to have a yearly background check from the state. To do this follow this process:
All Referees need to take the Concussion training. The training can be found here:
http://www.cdc.gov/concussion/HeadsUp/Training/HeadsUpConcussion.html
When you have completed your online training update GameOfficials that is is done.
I will not assign any games to you until that is completed.
If you are a new referee to St. Croix please fill out a a W-9 Form and mail it the club:

If you still have questions in regards to setting up your individual availability please send me an email at c-hase@comcast.net
Please click here for step-by-step instructions on how to enter your comfort level with refereeing.
Begin the rescheduling process by contacting the opposing coach or team manager and agreeing on 2 potential days for the reschedule game.
After agreeing on the alternatives please fill out the online form found to the right.
If you are unable to acces the online form here is the information that is needed:

Games to be rescheduled due to religious holidays, tournament weekends, weather issues, field conflicts, or any other reason are processed in the same manner. This is the ONLY method to cancel or reschedule.
Upon submission of the form, e-mail is sent to the Field/Referee Scheduler. The Referee Scheduler will cancel the referee for the original game. The Field Scheduler will allocate a field slot and inform the submitter and the Referee Scheduler the details of time, place, and level for the rescheduled game, and a referee or referees will be assigned. Coaches can be confident every effort will be made to get referees for these make-up games.
Note that this is not an instantaneous process! Consider providing several days notice at minimum -- a week or more is better. More lead time is a good thing.
**NOTE THAT IT IS A 3 BUSINESS DAY TURN AROUND FOR RESCHEDULES**
An example is if you send a request in at noon on Friday; do not expect an answer until Wednesday of the following week.
As the Home Team it is your responsible for rescheduling games. This is a must read and the flow chart is great on page 2.
